NEUROPTIMAL® NEUROFEEDBACK.
Neuroptimal ® Neurofeedback is an advanced dynamical ( non- linear) brain training system that we use with our clients to support recovery. NeurOptimal® was developed by Clinical Psychologists Drs. Valdeane and Susan Brown, Founders of Zengar Institute Inc.
This innovative form of neurofeedback is not a medical treatment, but instead is a TRAINING for the brain. It assesses micro-second by micro-second your brain and this information helps it to reformat itself. People often report feeling calmer, clearer, happier and able to function better in their life.
Every client's journey and experience with it is unique. We recommend 6 session to start to see if it is right for you. For some the changes are subtle and take time to notice and different things may change on a given session for a given client. However, around 50%, have a dramatic shift within the first session. How many sessions you need will depend on what your goals are. Clients may find they see quick gains after 12 sessions but for others lasting changes are more at the 20-30 session mark. Some people continue to book for monthly maintenance session to deal with build up of daily stressors and keep them at optimal performance. All sessions are supervised by a Medical Doctor and Neuroptimal ® Neurofeedback Certified Practitioner. . Below is a quick summary of potential benefits of this training system.
